Shipping & Delivery
How much is the shipping cost?
All products are eligible for Free Standard Shipping. If you need Express Shipping, please upgrade for $5. All orders that above $130, are eligible for Free Express Shipping.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery: Please allow 3-7 business days for the delivery to metro regions, and 5-10 business days to rural regions.
Express delivery: Please allow 1-3 business days for the delivery to metro regions, and 3-5 business days to rural regions.
Do you ship internationally?
We're currently only taking Australian Domestic Orders. We're working very hard to open for international orders in near future, please subscribe to our Newsletter for the latest update!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind or don't like it?
Of course you can! We offer 14 days return period after you receive the item. Please check our Return & Exchanges page for more details!
How long will it take to get the refund?
A card refund usually takes 3 to 14 business days in Australia, but can vary from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the account type, your bank and payment network.
How do I request a return of an item?
You can easily apply a return application through our website. If you need to know the details of our return policy, please check our Return Policy page.

What kinds of payment methods are accepted?
We accept many types of payment methods. VISA and MASTER CARD are widely accepted in Australia. You can also checkout through Shop app or Paypal.

Where are the products designed and made?
Currently, all of our products are designed in Australia, and manufactured in China.
How do I care for the products?
Different products require different ways of care. Please check the attached tags after you receive the products for detailed information. If you need further help on that, please do not hesitate to contact our team for further support.
How do I know if the size and shape of an item would fit me?
Majority of our products are uni-sized. We will provide size figures on the product page. If you need more information about how do we measure a specific product, please contact our team for further support.
