Change of mind or wrong size? Don't worry, we are always here to help and support you!

With our 14-day return policy*, you can easily apply for a refund through our website, as long as you keep the products in brand new/re-sellable condition, with all the original stickers and tags** attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and please keep your tracking number for delivery confirmation.

Note that, we do not offer exchange service. If you require an exchange or replacement of your item, please place a new order. We'll process your new order and the return request at the same time, to avoid any delay for your new order. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund*** within 3 business days.

*Start from the day the order gets delivered.

**All items that failed to meet the re-sellable condition or without the original stickers and tags will be return to the customer and won't be eligible for a refund.
